Estate was established to provide valuation and consultancy services to the Government and private sectors. These services encompass a variety of real estate areas including residential, industrial, commercial and development projects. We specialise in Compulsory Acquisition, Financial Reporting and Statutory Valuation, as well as Valuation advice for market and rental values. 

Estate has been accepted onto the ‘Land and Asset Valuation Scheme – SCM7671’ meaning that we are prequalified land and asset valuation service provides for all Government agencies.

Our aim is to produce quality results and consistent service. As a business, we are committed to best practice and exceeding our customers service level requirements.

Our Valuers have extensive experience in the public and private property sectors having worked for the NSW State Government, large national Valuation Firms, Local Governments as well as for Developers and Real Estate Agents. With this well rounded industry experience we have expert knowledge of the property market.

Estate valuers hold tertiary qualifications in Property, are Certified Practicing Valuers and Members of the Australian Property Institute.

Estate has established ‘Risk Management’ and ‘Quality Assurance’ policies that provide for methods, procedures and processes that assure a high quality and independent outcome.

These policies not only cover the strategies implemented to manage risk but also aim at:

• Consistently developing and implementing new services to satisfy the needs of the customer; and

All valuations are prepared in accordance with the Australian Property Institute’s Code of Professional Conduct and International Valuation Standards.
